Baan Chiang Maan is located in a great area, conveniently situated near the center of Oldtown. It is within walking distance to temples, markets, restaurants, bars, local coffee shops. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a nice breakfast, and some rooms even have a bathtub for added relaxation.
If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the shower and toilets are in separate rooms. The shower room tends to get the floor soaking wet, which can be slightly inconvenient when accessing the sink.

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Nora at reception. the room was comfortable and spacious, with amenities like air-conditioning, a private bathroom, and good WiFi. the location was convenient and there was a popular breakfast shop nearby. The hostel even sold beer, which was convenient since the nearest 7-eleven didn't sell alcohol. Cons: Nothing 🤷♀️.

Great location in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of all the temples. Good and affordable Thai food options, cafes, and a 7-Eleven just a short stroll away. Comfortable bed, quiet AC, and amenities like a fridge and hot water available on the ground floor. Helpful and friendly staff, who arranged a convenient late check-in for us and provided recommendations for activities and scooter rental.
Not obvious to find.
